RE: Alexandra Morton's Great Migration.
First and foremost I am a mother of three and I would not work in an industry that I find harmful to my children.
I have been employed in the aquaculture industry for 30 years. I have always volunteered with watershed and salmon enhancement societies.
Currently I am a volunteer at the Oyster River Enhancement Society. Helping the wild salmon is a passion of mine and I enjoy the fun and camaraderie at the ORES.
We all come from different backgrounds but are able to put our differences aside and work together for the preservation of the wild salmon. My training and experience I have acquired through the aquaculture industry over the years is an asset that I am able to use as a volunteer at the ORES.
