Kuterra salmon: already failing the taste test

Just one week on the market and ‘foodies’ are commenting on the taste of ‘Namgis farm-raised salmon (branded as “Kuterra” salmon >): muddy.
“Muddy” is an interesting descriptor because it is the exact same word was used to describe another land-based salmon company, Sweet Spring, when its product was launched on the market a few years ago. Sweet Spring just announced it closure last week.
